How to Assign a Sub-user account
Step 1: Go to your Account (top right of the page)> Log In/Create Account > B2B Customer Portal
Note: If you are creating an account, please request for Manager account status in the Contact Us Tab.
Step 2: Go to For Manager on the left panel > Click Invite New Sub-user
Step 3: Type the email of the Sub-user that you want to invite > Click the Invite button.
Step 4: In the For Sub-User page: Company Invite List, the invited Sub-user will see the invitation and choose to accept the invitation by ticking the box icon.
In the For Manager page, the accepted Sub-user information and available actions will display.
How to Share a Cart to a Manager account
Step 1: Go to your Account (top right of the page)> Log In/Create Account > B2B Customer Portal
Step 2: Go to your Cart > Click the Share Cart button.
Step 3: A prompt window will ask you to Accept share this cart. This button will display next to your manager account contact information.
How to Share a Cart to a Sub-user Account
When the Manager recieves a cart from Sub-user 1, they may want to share that cart to Sub-user 2 for further order processing. See Workflow Example (Above).
Step 1: Heading to the Manager dashboard: For Manager > Click the cart icon belonging to the sharing Sub-user.
Step 2: Select the Sub-user you wish to share your cart with > click Invite Cart Share. The shared cart will appear in the Sub-user's dashboard.
